We use the FTND to assess dependance but we do not keep a record of the score on a data base. The same goes for partner smoking status and past quit attempts etc - this is information we use on a case by case basis when in consultation but would not formally record for data collection.

We are not signed up to the Russell standard but we are very strict about our monitoring - altough not exactly like the russell standard we are not far off.
